1. If you cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment time a refund will be issued.
2. Payment for phone readings must be received at least 24 hours prior to the reading time. If payment is not received then the reading will be automatically canceled.
3. In person readings may be paid in advance through paypal or at the time of the reading with either cash or check. We do not have the ability to take a credit card in person.
